Pros | This scooter goes quick and is easy to handle. The key turns easily and you can go quite a distance on one charge(I needed it mostly for taking my grandchild to and from school 5 blocks away and can go even further I bet, on one charge). It turns on a dime and its very user friendly. |
Cons | You will feel the bumps so go easy or around them as the scooter took a medium size bump coming off the driveway to the street to cross and quit suddenly. Apparently you need to take the bumps slow or it trips the main breaker...that happened to me and I had to wait ten minutes required before i could push the button for the breaker under the seat and it was fine after that. I had this happen only once since I bought it 6 weeks ago. it handles most bumps fine, but you will feel them though. |
Service & Delivery | Delivery took 10 days and came as promised. Service on any concerns or questions have been prompt and helpful. If they couldn't answer, they found someone who could. |
I bought this scooter 6 weeks ago and was able to put it together quickly, maybe half hour but it came with batteries attached (not supposed to) which made them run down in shipping and the charger chord did not work well (the light never came on) anyway after trying to charge to no avail after a week, I called to let them know. they responded wonderfully. They called the person promptly in charge and they called me back quickly. a new battery and a charger were sent promptly and received within a few days. The scooter then charged up in ten hours and no problem with charging since...re-charge is around 4 hours.

A Little About Myself | 79 year-old traveler. |
Pros | I can go almost anywhere outdoors. This Golden scooter is small enough to go into crowded venues and rugged enough to go on walking paths whether paved or not. The batteries hold a charge for a significant length of time and recharge quickly. |
Cons | I can't think of any offhand. |
Service & Delivery | The scooter came quickly, as promised and was delivered into the garage. Very easily unpacked and assembled. The only delay in charging it up was that I didn't know that the batteries were not connected but I was able to easily figure it out. |
We have a light weight 6 ft. ramp and can drive the scooter right up into the back of our Toyota Venza. We can take it anywhere easily.
