still stuck from De. would not recommend this to a friend.
A Little About Myself | In a lot of pain unable to get to Dr. or store |
Pros | Looks like a well made product. I am told the only one for small sedans. US made |
Cons | They cram instructions for 10 models in 1 booklet Illegible numbering very hard to follow. Help line was very nice and informed one day and a different person extremely rude the next form Harmer. Unable to find anyone to assemble it for me. Dealer needs some suggestions if they are tied to the sale. I have had 4 people attempt it and will now have to cancel my Dr. appointment that took 6 weeks to get |
Service & Delivery | Delivery fairly quick, still waiting to hear how to make this functional or to ship back |
Harmer needs to step up to the plate and rewrite the instuctions. If we wish to sell products made in the USA be proud of that and make it the best not tough luck lady the helpless line is only for problems not assembly
